**Ground shipping is FREE to you**

AV Luxury ships within 48 domestic United States. Orders are shipped via Ground Parcel and delivered within 7 to 14 business days (depending on the destination).  Express shipment options are also available at an additional cost.

AV Luxury ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Ground and Express shipments are delivered Monday through Saturday and require a signature upon receipt.  The signature option can be waived, if needed, however, AV Luxury cannot be held liable for missing or stolen packages if this option is waived.

Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation with the tracking number(s). If you do not receive this confirmation, please get in touch with us, and we will resend your shipment confirmation

AV Luxury will always do its best to ensure your order arrives at its destination in a reasonable amount of time. Although, please note some things are beyond our control, like weather, delivery error, and shipping schedules. Regardless of the reason for the delay, we will always do our best to help you. Shipping costs for Ground services are currently FREE and 2 day shipping is $100.
