We offer a 7-day return policy on all items purchased from AV Luxury.
To be eligible for return the item must be in its original condition and must have the original AV Luxury tag attached. If all of these conditions are met we will offer a full refund, in the form of store credit, at the original purchase price.
You are responsible for shipping costs to return your bag but have the option to pay the carrier directly or request a return label from AV, which will be deducted from the total credit value. When working with the carrier directly we highly recommend insuring the package at the purchase price and request signature on delivery. AV Luxury is not responsible for items damaged or lost during the shipment process.
If the item has been used, is missing it's original AV Luxury tag, or is past the 7-day window, please review our Bag Swap policy for additional return options.
Orders cancelled prior to fulfillment are subject to a 5% non-refundable cancellation fee.
